In any arbitration conducted under this Protocol, unless the parties agree otherwise or the Tribunal determines otherwise:

(a) the seat of arbitration shall be Singapore; and

(b) the law governing the agreement of the parties to submit disputes to arbitration under this Protocol shall be Singapore law.
