FAI Expedited Arbitration Rules 2024
3.1 Where the parties have agreed to submit to arbitration under the Rules for Expedited Arbitration of the Finland Chamber of Commerce, they shall be deemed to have agreed that the arbitration shall be governed by these Rules and administered by the Institute.
3.2 The Rules include Appendices I to III. The Appendices may be separately amended from time to time by the Institute or the Finland Chamber of Commerce.
3.3 The Rules in effect on the date of commencement of an arbitration shall apply to that arbitration, unless otherwise agreed by the parties and subject to Article 52.2.
3.4 The Appendices in effect on the date of commencement of an arbitration shall apply to that arbitration, subject to the provisions of Article 52.2 regarding the entry into force of Appendix III and the parties’ right to opt out of the application of the provisions contained in Appendix III.
